Meg Poutasi
Chief Executive Officer

Meg has been Chief Executive at the Foundation since 2009. She has a legal background and has worked as an Associate Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office (NZ) and has extensive private sector experience practicing in civil matters. She is currently a Board member of Careers NZ and the BEST Pasifika Leadership Foundation.

Cathy Bolinga
Project Administrator

Cathy has wide experience in development-related work, including international development and aid delivery programmes working with non-government and private sector organisations. Of Papua New Guinean descent, Cathy joined PCF in 2010 after completing Post Graduate studies at University of Auckland.

Frances Hartnell
True Pacific Project Manager

Frances brings more than two decades of experience in senior executive roles to PCF, including a decade as Chief Executive of the Pacific Business Trust. Of Cook Islands descent, she has a particular interest in Pacific businesses, a key motivation to take on the role with True Pacific.  Her other passion is the arts, having served as CEO at Whitecliffe College of Arts & Design and established the Pacific Art Awards. Her most recent role was as manager of the Auckland Governance team.  She describes her role at True Pacific as both exciting and challenging.

Office Manager

With a background in both accounting and as a primary school teacher, Karen is enjoying her role at PCF. It has given her exposure to the broader Pacific, a region she describes as diverse, fascinating and inspiring.
