Fa'amatuainu Tino Pereira
Fa'amatuainu Tino Pereira is a prominent and experienced Pacific consultant on public sector issues and a leading conference facilitator. He is Managing Director of Niu Vision Group, a specialist consultancy firm based in Wellington, and an experienced governance practitioner with membership of many government Boards, Committees and NGOs.
Fa'amatuainu is a key advisor to many government departments. For more than 15 years he was involved in New Zealand's broadcasting sector as a journalist, broadcaster, and commentator on Pacific issues. He has had significant community involvement for more than two decades including community leadership responsibilities. He holds the chiefly orator title of Fa'amatuainu from Lufilufi in Samoa.

Graham Walshe
Graham's strengths include experience with public and private sector partnerships and a high level of understanding of governance and compliance requirements. He is the Executive Chairman for Brother International (NZ) Limited a founding sponsor of the Foundation, Group Leader, Corporate Solutions Group, Asia Pacific, Brother International Corporation Japan, Board Member Banks Group Limited. Graham is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Foundation and was the Chairperson of the Management Committee until the beginning of January 2008.
Tony Butler
Micheal Jones

Michael joined Reef Group in 2006 and is a key member of Reef's strategic management team. Michael heads Pure Pacifika Ltd and Reef Supagas businesses. He has significant personal contacts amongst Pacific Island Governments and Communities. Michael has completed Masters studies in Pacific Economic Development and has broad knowledge and expertise in the current geo-political environment in the Pacific. Michael has held management positions in both the private (Air New Zealand) and public sectors (Auckland University of Technology).
Nicole Metzger

Nicole has over 20 years experience in private sector business into the Pacific Islands, specialising in fresh fruit and vegetables. Nicole is the Managing Director of the produce export company, South Seas Produce. South Seas Produce focuses solely on the Pacific Islands and is the largest exporter of kiwifruit into the Pacific. Prior to establishing South Seas Produce, Nicole was the Pacific Manager for Turners and Growers/ENZA. Her strengths include strategic and managerial leadership.
Paul Morgan

Paul is involved in numerous Maori commercial interests that encompass the areas of horticulture, agriculture, forestry, fishing, leased lands, equities and commercial properties.
Paul's expertise lies also in his extensive network of business and political contacts, as well as his track record of negotiation, development and repositioning of Maori business in the domestic and global markets. Paul has twenty three years' experience as a director of public listed companies, CRIs, SOEs,Trusts and Māori Incorporations.
Paul is currently Chair of both Wakatu Incorporation, http://www.wakatu.org/ and numerous companies associated with the food and beverage sector in New Zealand. He is also a member of the Executive of the Federation of Maori Authorities (a former Deputy Chairperson and Chief Executive) and is a Trustee of the Crown Forestry Rental Trust. Currently he acts as the Managing Director of FOMANA Capital Ltd, http://www.fomana.co.nz/ a knowledge based company with a global perspective.
Grant Sinclair
Grant has extensive managment skills and is an experienced director. He is currently a Director of Scales Corporation Ltd group of companies (which is the parent company owner of Mr. Apple New Zealand Ltd), along with Profruit Ltd and Prevar Ltd.
Grant was the Managing Director of Scales Corporation Ltd (2001 - 2007) and during this time he was directly involved with the establishment and development of the Recognised Seasonal Employer scheme.
He was also Chairman of Grocorp Pacific Ltd (1998-2001) and CEO of the New Zealand Wool Board (1989-1996).
Yvonne Underhill Sem
Yvonne is a Cook Island New Zealand and is currently the Director of the Centre of Development Studies at University of Auckland . She has a PHD in Geography from University of Waikato with thesis based on population and development in Papua New Guinea. She has taught at the University of Papua New Guinea and the Australian National University and worked at the African Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Secretariat in Brussels as an expert on Rural Development, Environment, and Food Security. Yvonne is also on the Board at Oxfam and while living in Samoa became a member of DAWN, a global research and advocacy network of women from the global south , where she was Pacific Regional Co-ordinator for 10 years .
John Allen

John Allen was appointed as the Ministry's Chief Executive and Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade in July 2009. He leads the Ministry as the Government's chief adviser on foreign and trade policy, official development assistance, international law, and diplomatic and consular issues. He is responsible to the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Disarmament and Arms Control.
Before taking up his role at the Ministry, John served as the Chief Executive of New Zealand Post for six years. He joined New Zealand Post in 1994 and held a number of senior management roles prior to his appointment as Chief Executive. In his earlier career, John reached the position of Partner at law firm Rudd Watts & Stone, and was a visiting Lecturer in Law at Victoria University of Wellington. John is co-Chair of the Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum and Chair of the Territorial Forces Employers Support Council.
