Chief Executive Pacific Cooperation Foundation
Meg has been Chief Executive at the Foundation since 2009. She has travelled extensively across the Pacific and has expertise working in business and policy settings. PCF’s work includes business and network development, international events such as the Pacific Showcase and new business development covering issues such as labour mobility. Meg has a legal background having worked as an Associate Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office (NZ) and in the private sector practicing in civil matters. She is currently a Board member of Careers NZ and is the Chairperson of the BEST Pasifika Leadership Foundation.

Frances Hartnell
True Pacific Project Manager
Frances brings more than two decades of experience in senior executive roles to PCF, including a decade as Chief Executive of the Pacific Business Trust. Of Cook Islands descent, she has a particular interest in Pacific businesses, a key motivation to take on the role with True Pacific. Her other passion is the arts, having served as CEO at Whitecliffe College of Arts & Design and established the Pacific Art Awards. Her most recent role was as manager of the Auckland Governance team. She describes her role at True Pacific as both exciting and challenging.

Kate Sutton
Programme Development Manager
Kate joined the team in March 2012. She has her Masters in politics from the University of Auckland. Kate has experience working in the not for profit and corporate sectors with a special interest in education, housing and economic development. She is currently on the board of the University of Auckland and is President of the YWCA Auckland. Kate is excited about using her experience working with Pacific communities in New Zealand across the wider region.

Cathy Bolinga
Project Administrator
Cathy has wide experience in development-related work, including international development and aid delivery programmes working with non-government and private sector organisations. Of Papua New Guinean descent, Cathy joined PCF in 2010 after completing Post Graduate studies at University of Auckland.

Annabelle Caesar
Project Manager
Annabelle has worked for the fast moving consumer goods industry on and off for the past two decades. She has sales management experience in both large multinational companies and small New Zealand owned and operated businesses. She is excited about bringing knowledge and expertise on the New Zealand retail grocery industry to PCF and True Pacific enterprises.

Marcia Thomas
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Originally from the UK, Marcia has a background working for corporate organisations including Bayer, Colonial First State Investment Managers and Hewitt Associates, as well as experience in the UK public sector. As a naturalised New Zealander, Marcia is enjoying her time at PCF and is proud to be a Kiwi when travelling the Pacific.

Kay Morrison

With extensive Administration experience in New Zealand and Australia, Kay has worked with both large international organisations and small family owned businesses.
